We try super hard to ensure our photos are as life-like as possible; the actual color/prints or widths may vary slightly due to lighting & material availability at the present time.

With Rush 2-5 Day Shipping: $40.00 2nd-3rd Day US(does not include weekends or holidays):
We offer this option for orders that do not need shirts overnight, but still quickly.
***PLEASE NOTE: Thursday - Sunday includes weekends and will take 2 BUSINESS days, not just 2 days.***
Orders placed on a:
Monday before 1:00 PST will ship on Monday and will arrive on Wednesday.
Tuesday before 3:00 PST will ship on Tuesday and will arrive on Thursday.
Wednesday before 3:00 PST will ship on Wednesday and will arrive on Friday.
***Thursday before 3:00 PST will ship on Thursday and will arrive on MONDAY.
***Friday before 2:00pm PST ship FRIDAY and will arrive on Tuesday. (in this case, it is much more cost effective to use the 4-6 day shipping method)
***Saturday will ship on Monday and will arrive on Wednesday.
***Sunday will ship on Monday and will arrive on Wednesday.
With Rush 1 Day FedEx Shipping: $60.00 (does not include weekends or holiday)

**IF YOU MUST HAVE YOUR DELIVERY ON SATURDAY, (with UPS/FedEx), IT WILL BE A GREATER SHIPPING COST, YOU MUST CONTACT ME BY PHONE IN ORDER TO DO SO. FedEx Doesn't consider Saturday a Business day and it costs much more.**
Overnight Shipping means that you will receive your shirt by the following BUSINESS day. Please order overnight orders early in the day, before noon, so we have enough time to process your order. Overnight charges are high because FedEx charges a lot for this service, currently $45 & up. We ship the Shirt packed in a fedex pack envelope to keep this cost as low as possible! Overnight orders received after 3:00 pm on Thursday will arrive the following Monday because your order will then be actually shipping out on Friday, the next business day is Monday for FedEx.

I do have a studio that you may come to Pick Up your purchases that you made on the website. I have 1 Dressing room that you may try on also. Please make an appointment to pick up or to meet with me.
HOW DO YOUR Clubwear Shirt SIZES RUN? top
Our Club Wear Shirts sizes tend to run about average, and run in-between for a slimmer cut to be more form fitting to your body. In consideration to some of the fabrics and cuts are a slim fit.
WHERE CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER IF I LIVE IN USA? top
We currently are Not offering pick ups for orders. Only delivery through UPS, USPS, FedEx. We don't have a store front for pick ups. We are located in the NW suburbs of Illinois which is about +/- 30 minutes from Chicago, IL. On rare occasions I may be able to personally deliver it to you in Chicago or arrange to meet up for the pick up.

What If I Want To Cancel My Order? top
There will be a 20% Re-Stocking Fee for each item, if you cancel within 24 Hours of your order.
Do You Do Simple Discreet Packaging? top
The package will come either in a Bright Red Metallic Envelope with my ZZ logo on the back, a White Box that is 7x7x5, or a Small White Box That is 5x8x1. It may have a colored Duck Tap on the box.
The Label that it is being addressed from will be "Zack by Zack Vittorio" which is my corperate business name. So it will NOT say "Tease This End Up" for your discretion and privacy.
What if my item gets lost in the mail or does not arrive on time? top
We would love to promise that every top will arrive on time. Generally, packages do arrive VERY quickly. We ship items the fastest! There are some instances when the post office does loose a package! We understand that it is a very important day for you and want your outfit to be perfect as well.
PLEASE Note: We send all orders WITHOUT a Signature at Delivery. We will NOT be responsible for lost packages you will need to contact the Post Office or FedEx if your package is lost. You may request to YES HAVE a Signature At Arrival. You will be provided with a tracking number with detailed tracking information from either USPS or Fed Ex.
Please contact the shipping provider with your tracking number if you package states that it was delivered and you do not have the package.
We will Not issue a Refund if your package is lost or delayed due to the last handling of the carriers: UPS, FEDEX, or USPS.
For International Orders, sometimes the package may get held in customs delayed for a while. We are not responsible for any international packages once they have been shipped.
If you need your item under 1 week, please select the appropriate shipping speed. Of course, if it is possible to order 2 weeks in advance, your item will arrive with plenty of time to spare!

We are in the office 9 - 5, Monday - Friday PST. If we miss your call during these hours, you're welcome to call right back because we may simply have not heard the phone. Before or after these hours we check emails several times a day, so you can email and we will get right back to you.
